Welcome! I am a fifth-year PhD candidate in the Technology and Operations Management unit at Harvard Business School. As an empirical microeconomist, I use econometrics to study questions at the intersection of labor, organizational, and digital economics. In particular, I am interested in understanding how advanced technologies affect organizational decision-making and the competitiveness of firms. In my job market paper, I study how firms design jobs in response to automation technologies.

Prior to matriculating at Harvard, I worked in the Tech industry. I spent some time as a software developer at Southwest Airlines and as a product operations manager at Google. I received my undergrad in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas.
