Welcome! I am a fifth-year PhD candidate in the Technology and Operations Management unit at Harvard Business School. My research examines how organizations adapt to technological change. In particular, I study how automation technologies like AI and robotics reshape the way firms design work, structure their operations, and compete. In my job market paper, I study how firms redesign jobs in response to automation.
